Calm App Terms and Conditions (Ghana)
By downloading and using the Calm App, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. User Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use Calm. Users agree to provide accurate information during registration.
2. Therapist Verification
All therapists undergo background checks and must provide proof of certification and identification.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings and payments are processed securely through the Calm platform. Calm deducts a 15–25% commission per transaction.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 2 hours before appointments are fully refundable. Late cancellations may attract a fee.
5. Liability
Calm acts solely as a facilitator and is not liable for personal or property damages arising during service.
6. Termination
Calm reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of community standards.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
